Sweet Andy's Cookies #Giveaway 4/21 CLOSED

Sweet Andy's makes amazing cookies.  I honestly think that these cookies are some of the best I have ever had.  My family was in total agreement with that too.  They are definitely better than any cookies I make from scratch.  Sweet Andy's Cookies are impressive.  They are great for a treat, but they are great for gifts too.  These cookies were perfected by Andy and his wife.  You can tell the difference in the texture and taste of these cookies.  They are not your average cookie!  

Sweet Andy's began in 2009 and was created by Andy and his wife Lissa.  I really love the story behind this too!  These cookies started because Andy started to look for other income options when the economy started heading down.  These cookies soon became popular.  They were sold to delicatessens in the Hampton's.  They now have a small retail bakery in New York, but you can also get these cookies online!

These cookies are not just your average cookie.  Sweet Andy's Cookies are soft, have a great chew and have a great flavor.  We loved all of the varieties we tried.  They have a home baked flavor.  You can tell that they are made with quality ingredients just from the taste.  The cookies are huge too!  My kids definitely love that!  The amount of chocolate in the chocolate chip cookies is impressive.  Things like that are what make these cookies amazing and addicting!

Sweet Andy's Cookies come in so many great flavors.  I loved them all and so did my family.  The chocolate chip cookies are a favorite.  These are some of the best I've had.  I also really like the triple chip cookie.  This is a cookie that has chocolate chips, peanut butter chips and white chocolate chips in it.  I love that it has a great flavor from this combination.  The chocolate cookies were very good too.  These have a really good chocolate flavor, but aren't too sweet.  We also received some delicious sugar, oatmeal raisin, and peanut butter chip cookies.  We truly enjoyed sampling all of the great varieties.  These are just some of the flavors they offer though.  They also offer the following. . . . .

Out of Print Clothing

Out of Print Clothing offers really great t-shirts and hoodies.  Their shirts are unique because they feature so many great books.  So what do they offer exactly?  They offer clothing that sports the images from great books on them.  Many of them are from books that were just awesome, but some are from books that are no longer in print.  Their shirts are super soft and feel like a vintage t-shirt should!  Out of Print Clothing has a neat mission and they even donate a book to Africa to help those that aren't as fortunate to have books like we do.

I love the idea behind Out of Print Clothing.  I love reading and books.  I have always made it a must to teach my children how to read, but also how to enjoy reading.  My 8 year old has recently really gotten into books and he loves reading.  My 6 year old is on her way their too!  I think wearing clothing that tells people how much you love reading is amazing.  I love books so much that I even volunteer some of my time to help in the library and my kid's school.  I love being able to share how awesome reading is with others.

Polar Bottle Review

I am always looking for good quality reusable water bottles.  I use these for myself and my husband for the gym.  We also send the kids to school with one daily.  It gets really hot here towards the end of spring and I pretty much don't leave the house without a bottle of water for everyone.  Polar Bottle offers a great selection of water bottles that make taking water with you on the go easy!

Not all reusable water bottles are created equal.  Some leak or some just don't hold up well.  We have had issues with the seal falling out and so on.  Polar Bottle makes quality reusable water bottles.  They offer a variety of style options and colors.  It really depends on what you need.  They offer sport water bottles, ergo water bottles, vacuum insulated water bottles and custom photo ones too.  

I received a 12 oz. sport water bottle from Polar Bottle.  This is a great size for children too.  My 6-year-old loves this water bottle.  I actually get her to drink more water because she likes it so much.  The bottle is sturdy too and can hold up to her dropping it (more than once).  We live in the desert, so we love that this bottle is insulted.  I can put ice water in the bottle for her at school and the water stays cool.  The bottle also is insulated with 3 layers.  In the Summer we are going to try what they suggest to keep it even colder.  You can partially fill the bottle and then freeze it for 12 to 24 hours before use.  This is a great idea!

Purex Glitter Review

I have been a Purex Insider for some time now.  This allows me to try some of the Purex products first.  I recently received a bottle of Purex Glitter - Sparkle Action and couldn't wait to try it.  I couldn't believe that they were coming out with a product this neat!  I love a little sparkle.  I was one of those people that had to get out and buy the glitter mascara, eyeliner and hairspray when it first came out.  This is a fun sparkling laundry detergent if you love glitter.

My 6 year old daughter couldn't wait to have me wash her clothes with the Purex Glitter.  I admit that I couldn't wait either.  We did a little dress of hers and it came out great!   This is a fun way to add a little sparkle to your wardrobe and do it easily.  You just wash, dry and you are glowing with glitter!  If you are going out for the evening and want to add a little sparkle to you outfit you just need to wash with Purex Glitter.  You can add a lot of fun to any drab outfit so easily with the new Purex Glitter!!!

Dig Those Dinosaurs and Waynetta and the Cornstalk - Book Reviews

We love reading in our house.  I have made reading something we do every single day in our house.  I think it is important.  Reading great books with my kids is something I really enjoy.  We love to read from a variety of different books.  

My 6 year old is at the age where she can read a bit on her own, but she loves when I read to her too.  Albert Whitman offers.  When I read to her before bedtime we often read picture books.  I received 2 great books to read to her.  However, they have a really nice selection of picture books and more!  

Dig Those Dinosaurs is an adorable illustrated picture book.  It is a cute picture book that teaches kids about dinosaur digging.  My daughter enjoyed the catchy wording too!  It teaches kids how paleontologists do their job.  It teaches them in simple words how the process of digging up bones and then putting them together.  The illustrations make the book a lot of fun!  This is a great book for children 4 to about 7 years old.  

My 6 year old really loved Waynetta and the Cornstalk.  This is a fun Texas Fairy Tale!  My daughter fell in love with this story.  It is a fun western style version of the old "Jack and the Beanstalk" story.  It starts out where Waynetta's mom is having a hard time on the ranch, but then Waynetta finds magic corn.  The story about the giant cornstalk is fun and really captures you.  The ending is really fun too!

Tyrrell's English Chips #Giveaway 4/23 CLOSED

I just love chips.  My kids do too.  However, when it comes to chips they have to be good chips.  Yes, there really is a difference.  I love chips that are perfectly salted or seasoned, but not overdone.  They can't be too greasy either.  Tyrrell's English Chips meat all of these requirements and then some!  They are some of the tastiest chips that I have ever had.  My kids love them too!

Tyrrell's Chips are crunchy and have a great flavor.  They aren't overly salted.  You can still taste the potato when you eat them.  I think that is really important too.  Tyrrell's Chips are not greasy either.  I like a good fried potato chip, but I don't want t hem to leave a ton of grease behind.  Tyrrell's English Chips seem to be a little bit thicker than your traditional American potato chip.  I love the added texture it gives to the chips.  They are made in small batches.  You really can tell the difference in the taste.

Tyrrell's Chips come in amazing flavors.  I love them all.  It's too hard to pick a favorite when they are all so tasty.  I love the Lightly Sea Salted if I want a chip to accompany a sandwich.  These are my daughter's favorite.  They have the perfect amount of salt.  I also really love the Sea Salt and Cider Vinegar.  My  husband is a huge fan of salt and vinegar chips and these are some of the best!  The Mature Cheddar and Chives are a flavorful chip that has a unique flavor unlike any chip I have had.  They have a great aged cheddar taste that is really delicious.  No matter what your taste is they have something to please it.  Tyrrell's English Chips also offers Sea Salt and Cracked Black Pepper, Sweet Chili and Red Pepper and of course the Worcestershire and Sun Dried Tomato.  Yum!  They are all so delicious.  It doesn't end there though!  Tyrrell's English Chips also makes Veggie Chips.  The Veggie Chips are super flavorful.  I love root veggies and these are root veggie chips as their best!  They are perfectly cooked and salted.  The chips are made with parsnips, beets and carrots.
