Mega Bloks Thomas and Friends Party and Review #Megabloksparty

I was recently given the opportunity to host a party compliments of MomSelect and Mega Bloks.  I was sent an amazing party kit to share with my friends! 

We set up the Dieselworks playset and it was a big hit.  We had a group of kids ranging from 1 to 6 and they all enjoyed it.  It was able to keep them all entertained and they really enjoyed playing with the trains on the track.  They also seemed to enjoy that they were able to move different parts of the set around to customize the playset to their liking.  This was a big hit!

The Thomas at the Races and Diesel at the Dieselworks playsets are the smaller playsets featured below.  These are great too.  The kids enjoyed placing the parts where they wanted them and setting them.  They also thought it was neat that they can keep all the parts in the container.   

My take - I would recommend this for kids age 3 to 6.  This is a great interactive toy and I love how is allows them to be creative.  I found it was nice that the pieces can be moved around and they can make their own creation.  I like that all the pieces on the Mega Bloks Thomas and Friends playsets can fit together.  I love how you can expand your playset by combining them.  My kids personally enjoy taking 2 of the smaller sets - Thomas at the Races and Diesel at the Dieselworks and put them together to play.  The Thomas and Friends DVD - Day of the Diesels even adds to the fun.  This is a great DVD.  I would recommend all of these products to anyone who has a child in the range of 3 to 6 that really loves Thomas the Train.
