I will first start off by saying that this is a product for kids, but I absolutely had too much fun doing this project with my kids.  The Multicolored Beeswax Candle Making Kit from A Toy Garden is a great hands on activity for kids.I have a 4 and 6 year old and they loved it.  They insisted that we make all the candles today.  They've decided that they are going to give their teachers homemade candles for the Holidays this year.  My son isn't always the kind of kid that likes to sit and do craft activities and he loved doing this.  The instructions were great and it was simple to do.  I love that once I got the candle started they were able to roll it up themselves.  We also took little cookie cutters and added some decorations to the candle.  I would definitely recommend this product.  The kit can be purchased on their website for $19.95.  The kit contains enough materials to make 12 candles.
