Morphology is a brand new game that is great for family game night! We played it last night and had a blast. You can see that it comes with a box of assorted items. So what do you do with then to play? Ok so what you do is you pick a card. You then attempt to build/animate the word you chose by using the various items in the box. It's really a lot of fun and it can get pretty silly. Then your teammate has to guess what it is you are building and get the word correct! I love that the game is very interactive. It says it's for ages 13 and up, but I have a 4 and 6 year old. They are too young to play on their own, but if they team up with myself or my husband we can help them play. They really enjoyed trying to build the words they picked.
The game includes the building pieces, timer, die, team pieces and the cards. Everything you need to play is included in the box.
Morphology retails for $29.99. It can be purchased online or on the Barnes and Noble website. It is also available at a number of specialty shops.
Morphology is an award winning game! It received #2 toy of the year from TIME. About.com gave it best party game of 2010! These are just a few of the awards it's received. This is definitely a game I could see having around to add some fun to a party!
