My son has always loved bugs. He is really intrigued by watching them. He will find them out in the backyard and he loves to pick them up and study them. You might have a child that is the same way. When I found out about the Bug Playground by SmartLab Toys I was certain my 7 year old son would be in love with it.
The Bug Playground from SmartLab is a really neat bug habitat. It's not your typical bug holder though. It's really much more fun! This is like a tiny little playhouse for bugs. How neat is that? The Bug Playground comes with a great but catcher too. If you have a child that is interested in bugs, but doesn't want to pick them up by hand this is great. It really makes it a fun way for your child to catch the bug. The playground itself is super cute. I love that it looks like a miniature park playground. It has a slide, climbing wall, pool, jungle gym and a crawling tube. My son thought it was really neat. We are having so much fun with it!
What did I think? This is a great way for children to learn about bugs. I love that it explains to children that they should not put certain bugs in here that could be dangerous. This is suitable for bugs like beetles, rolly polly bugs or lady bugs. I like that your child can watch bugs in this fun habitat and learn while they are enjoying themselves. This is a great way to get your child outdoors and to have some fun! The Bug Playground was really simple to put together. We took it out of the box and had it assembled in about 10 minutes.
