Arctic Zero Frozen Desserts Review

I absolutely love ice cream.  I could honestly eat it every single day.  My kids are the same way.  However, I don't do it because I would never fit into my clothes.  I also watch what I eat, so I'm always looking for healthy alternatives to my favorite foods.  The most important thing to me when I'm looking for a substitute is that it tastes great!  I found out about Arctic Zero Frozen Desserts and knew it was something I wanted to try.

Arctic Zero Frozen Desserts are very unique in that they are super low in calories.  I will say that they don't taste exactly like ice cream, but they satisfy my craving for ice cream.  I love that I can feel like I'm indulging when eating Arctic Zero and not worry about how long I have to workout to burn off all the calories I inhaled.  Arctic Zero offers delicious bars and pints.  They are made with a whey protein.  However, they are dairy free.  I was completely shocked to find out that they only have 85 calories in the bars and 150 calories in an entire pint.  If  you have just a single serving of Arctic Zero from the pint it is about 40 calories per serving.  If you really wanted to inhale the whole pint though it's not going to make you feel guilty.  I also love that all of the Arctic Zero products are low in sugar.  They are great for children.  I like that they are not made with chemicals and artificial sweeteners.  I personally don't give those to my kids either.  I love the texture of the Arctic Zero Frozen Dessert.  It's got the perfect amount of sweetness.  The texture is a bit different than ice cream.  I like it though.  It seems lighter and almost fluffy.  It's delicious.

My favorite flavor is the chocolate.  My son liked the chocolate too.  My daughters favorite was the vanilla maple.  They offer a nice selection of flavors.  The bars are really good too.  The bars are Arctic Zero frozen dessert on a stick and then dipped in chocolate.  My favorite flavor in the bars was the orange cream.

The bars come in the following flavors - chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and orange cream.

The pints come in the following flavors - chocolate, vanilla maple, strawberry, chocolate peanut butter, coffee, cookies and cream, mint chocolate cookie and other seasonal flavors too.

What flavors would you want to try?  What do you think your favorite would be?

If you want to purchase your very own Arctic Zero Frozen Desserts you can do so online or use their product locator to find out where you can get them near you.  Please check them out on Facebook and Twitter to learn more about their products.

  1. Thanks for the info on this ice cream. I love ice cream and would also never fit in my clothes if I ate it as often as I wanted. I'm going to have to get some and see if my daughter likes it. I would love to give her something that was lower in sugar!

  3. I bought some mint chocolate cookie and vanilla maple from Whole Foods yesterday. Both of them were really good. I think I've found a replacement for my ice cream cravings. I can't believe its mainly protein and fiber with no artificial crap, it tastes great. Thanks for the find!
