Ashley Food Company Hot Sauce Review

Many of you know I love hot and spicy food.  I am always on the search for new spicy items to eat.  I love when I come across hot sauces that I haven't tried.  I consider myself to have a pretty high tolerance to heat.  I want to start out by saying that for me Tabasco sauce is super mild.  I am going to be talking about some excellent hot sauces from Ashley Food Company.  I first want to say that these are amazing.  Some of them are intensely hot.  If you don't normally eat things that hot then I would suggest going with one of their more mild sauces.

The first sauce I'm going to talk about is Mad Dog Reserve Inferno.  This is the hottest hot sauce I have ever had in my life.  It is amazing.  It has a good flavor and packs a huge amount of heat in just a little bit.  I first sampled it on a tortilla chip.  It was much hotter this way than on something like a burrito.  I personally thought a little of it was excellent on something like a burrito.  I will say that when I ate it on a chip I wasn't expecting it to be so hot.  I ended up eating a bit of it and it took awhile for my mouth to cool down.  This is the perfect sauce for people that love super hot!  The flavor on this sauce is a combination of peppers, hers, spices, onion, garlic and more.  This sauce can be purchased directly from their website for $8.99 currently.  What do you think you would try this on?

Ok next up we have the Mad Dog Inferno.  This is also a very hot sauce.  I will say it is not as intensely hot as the Reserve version of it though.  It still packs a nice amount of heat though.  This one has a very similar flavor to the Reserve too.  I taste garlic, onion, clove and spices in it as well.  It has a nice flavor and a great amount of heat.  I would say that this one is a step down on the heat level from the Reserve.  The burn from this sauce didn't last as long as it did with the Reserve.  It is an excellent HOT sauce and great for anything from chips, chicken strips, Mexican food, eggs and more.  The Mad Dog Inferno can be purchased from their website for $6.49.  

I also received a bottle of Mad Dog Liquid Fire.  This is a pretty hot one too!  This one was one of my favorites.  It has a really great pepper flavor, but it is also accented by other great flavors too.  This sauce is made with Peri-Peri Peppers.  It also contains some jalepeno, spices and onion.  It's a really versatile sauce. It's got a good amount of heat and in my opinion is something that could be used on almost anything.  This variety of Mad Dog can be purchased online too for $4.99 a bottle.  

Mad Dog also makes a Spicy Hot Jalepeno Sauce called Envy!  This sauce not super hot.  It has a good amount of heat to it, but it's got a lot of great flavor too.  I think that this sauce is great on Mexican food.  It contains a lot of flavors that go well with it.  However, it can be used on absolutely whatever you want.  It is a green jalepeno based sauce that incorporates flavors like lime and cilantro too!  You can purchase your own bottle online for $6.99.
