Butterfly Bakery - Gluten Free Review

Do you love being able to eat treats that taste great, but don't have all the guilt?  I do.  I love products that are healthier for you, but they also have to taste great.  I found out about The Butterfly Bakery and was excited to see that they offer a variety of snacks that are unique.  They offer products in each of the following categories - gluten free, sugar free, whole grain, no sugar added and light.  I like the idea of this!  

I was sent some samples of their gluten free products.  I have tried a number of gluten free products and I really feel it is hard to make a really good tasting gluten free baked good.  The Butterfly Bakery has done it though!  I actually brought some of the cookies to a playdate and everyone thought that they were great.  The gluten free chocolate cookies had a great texture.  That is very important to me when it comes to gluten free.  I wouldn't have even known they were gluten free unless someone had told me.   The Butterfly Bakery's gluten free chocolate cookies are really good.  They are a great treat for anyone or for people that can't have gluten.  They can be purchased directly from The Butterfly Bakery's website for $5.99 for a 13

I also received a package of The Butterfly Bakery's gluten free banana nut muffins.  These were really flavorful.  The texture was good too.  They were fluffy and I really couldn't even tell that they were a gluten free product.  These are a really good snack, breakfast or treat.  The muffins are also available in other flavors too.  They come in lemon poppy, wild blueberry and spiced apple raisin.  They are all available on the Butterfly Bakery's website.  They all sound really good too.  What flavor would you want to try.  I think the lemon poppy also sounds really good.
