I was introduced to the Ready Set Eat website and I really love the idea behind this website! They have a number of great family meals that you can make in just a little bit of time. I have spent some time browsing the recipes and I have found that they have a lot of recipes that include items that many of us have in our house already. I am a busy mom and don't always have the time to cook a dinner that is complicated every night. I like that Ready Set Eat helps busy families continue to eat and cook healthy and delicious foods, no matter how busy you are! Do you have a picky eater? They even have a kid friendly section. I plan on trying some of those for my little ones.
My biggest dilemma every week is that I take out boneless skinless chicken breasts and I have a hard time thinking of ways to make them different and exciting. I like to try and cook them different ways because they honestly can get kind of boring. I browsed around the Ready Set Eat website and found a variety of recipes that use boneless chicken breasts. I plan on trying out a few of them. I love that most of them are really quick recipes too. I really want to try out the Zesty Chicken Corn Chowder and the Chicken with Balsamic Tomatoes. Which one sounds the best to you?
