New West Knifeworks Petty Utility Knife Review

I am a huge cook.  I cook dinner pretty much every night of the week.  That means that I need essentials in my kitchen that make cooking easier.  I have to have good knives in my kitchen.  If you do a lot of cooking then you know how important good knives are.  A good knife can last a very long time.

New West Knifeworks offers a beautiful selection of knives for the home cook or even more advanced cook.  They offer individual knives and sets.  The knives themselves are gorgeous, but they also are amazing.  I was really impressed with how solid the knife was that I received.  New West Knifeworks products are made in America too.  They are a quality product that you can feel good about purchasing.  They even have a lifetime guarantee on their knives.

I received the Petty Utility Knife to review.  I love this knife.  It is a great knife for so many things in the kitchen.  This is a Fusionwood Knife and if you look at the handle it is really pretty.  The knife itself has a traditional Japanese type blade.  This is a very versatile knife and can be used for so many things.  This includes the following. . . . .

peeling, carving, chopping, slicing, boning and much more!

The knife itself has a nice weight to it.  It's easy to handle and did an amazing job in the kitchen.  This is going to be my new favorite knife that I use for pretty much everything in the kitchen.  This specific knife is made to last.  That is always something I am looking for when I purchase a new knife.  You can learn more about the specifics of how it is made by visiting the New West Knifeworks website.
