Safety 1st VersaScan Talking Thermometer Review

Well it's cold and flu season and I am always having to pull out my thermometer.  I have been looking around for a good thermometer now for some time.  I really get frustrated when my thermometer gives me a hard time.  I was really pleased when I received the Safety 1st VersaScan Talking Thermometer.  I knew I would be pleased with all the great features it has.

I opened this thermometer and it was so easy to figure out how to use.  It really is simple.  I am all about products that are easy to use and make my life easier.  I have a 5 and 7 year old and previously we were using a digital thermometer and I was taking their temp under their tongue.  This is honestly a big pain and half the time I'd have to redo it.  The Safety 1st VersaScan Talking Thermometer is much easier.  The temperature is taken in the ear.  What do I love?  It reads the temp in 1 second.  I am spoiled now.  I was having my kids sit for a few minutes with the thermometer under their tongues.  They love that this is much easier on them and so do I.

I love that the thermometer talks too.  However, if that is a feature that you don't want it can be shut off as well.  I also really like that the thermometer can take the temperature of bath water and food.  My kids are now older, but this is really awesome if you have a really little one!  I also love that the thermometer has a fever light.  This is a wonderful product that I plan on using to replace my old thermometer.  It's also a product that I would seriously recommend to friends and family.  It's a quality product that makes things easier when you have sick kiddos.
