Born to Hula Hot Sauce Review

Many of you know I am in love with hot sauce.  I put it on just about anything.  I really love it hot too!  The hotter the better is what I say!  Born to Hula offers a selection of hot sauces for all different types of hot sauce fanatics.  Born to Hula makes some amazing hot sauces.  Their sauces are all natural.  They offer sauces that range from being mild to hot.  Born to Hula means "it's a way of life."  What do they exactly mean by that?  Well for them what they have done is taken what they enjoy (hot sauce) and put their passion into every bottle.  The end result is some of the best hot sauce I have ever had!  How do you like your hot sauce?

Born to Hula is based out of New Jersey.  The Surge of Sandy Sauce was created to raise funds after Hurricane Sandy hit.  I love that a portion of the proceeds for this sauce go to help others.  I also love that this is an amazing hot sauce.  It is not just hot, but it has a very good flavor too.  That is really important to me when I am eating hot sauce.  The Surge of Sandy hot sauce is exactly that.  It combines flavors like tomato, onion, garlic and more to create a delicious hot sauce.  This is one of my new favorites.  This is a very hot sauce.  If you love hot then it is for you!  You can purchase your own bottle from Born to Hula for $10.

I also enjoyed trying Born to Hula's Ghost of Ancho hot sauce.  This one I loved too.  Once again they have nailed the flavors.  This has a really nice amount of heat, but I really like the combination of the habanero peppers and ghost peppers in this.  Have you tried hot sauce with ghost peppers in it?  I love that this gives the sauce an intense heat.  They say that the ghost pepper is what causes the heat to creep up on you as you eat it.  It really does.  The heat doesn't seem real intense at first, but then it definitely gets hotter.  This is another great sauce that I would recommend if you like your hot sauce "hot."  This is an award winning sauce too!  You can purchase your own bottle directly from Born to Hula for $6.99.

Ok so lets say you like hot sauce, but don't like it as hot as I do.  You can visit Born to Hula and check out their less intense options.  They offer a Cayenne Pepper Sauce too that is more on the mild side.  They also offer a sauce that has a medium-hot heat level.  Did you know that Born to Hula hot sauce is also a winner from the 2012 Hot Pepper Awards?  Pretty impressive.  You really can tell why when you taste their sauce!
