When I think of Easter dinner I typically think of a delicious ham dinner. It can be difficult to find a quality ham. I honestly want to say that it is the best ham I have ever had. The ham is unique because it is smoked for over 16 hours. This gives it a wonderful flavor. The ham is also unique because there is no water added. I noticed the difference when I opened the package. My 8 year old loves this ham. He ate a whole sandwich and then asked for seconds. The ham is full of flavor, but not too salty. It's perfect. I also really like that there is no glaze on the ham. My husband does not like his ham sweet. Many hams come with something like that on it. Petit Jean Spiral Sliced Ham is not glazed, but you can always add one yourself if you wanted. This ham would be the perfect centerpiece to any Easter dinner!
