Among Friends Baking Mixes Review

Disclosure - free sample provided.

I love to bake cookies, but honestly I don't like having all of the baked goods in the house.  I know they are not really good for us.  Now their is a a healthier kind of baked product.  It tastes great and is full of ingredients that are good for you too.  I want to introduce you to Among Friend Hand-Crafted Baking Mixes.  These are made with quality ingredients that you can feel good about eating.

Among Friends has create a line of baking mixes that are made with ingredients that are good for you.  The baking mixes were created by 2 mothers that were friends.  The company began in 2006.  They found that there was a need out there for "healthier" baking mixes.  I agree with this.

I received 2 varieties of the Among Friends Baking Mixes.  I made the Suzie Q's.  This is an oatmeal chocolate chip cookie.  This is a whole grain cookie that is delicious.  I was really impressed with how easy and quick the healthy cookie mix was to use too.  I just added an egg, some butter and vanilla and mixed it up.  The mix was easy to work with too.  You then roll the cookies into balls and bake.  The Suzie Q's are great for a healthy treat of snack.  They are great for kids and adults too.  I found the texture to be like the cross between a cookie and a chewy granola bar.  It was very good.

This is just one of the varieties of Among Friends Baking Mixes that are available.  They also offer the following . . . .

evan's heavenly - oatmeal raisin

trish the dish - fruit crisp topping

cj's - brownie bite

phil 'em up - oatmeal, chocolate, coconut and cherry

shane's sweet-n-spicy - grandma's molasses cookie

You can visit their website to learn more about all of these or to order some of the mixes.  You can also connect with Among Friends Baking Mixes on Facebook.
