La Panzanella Mini Croccantini Review

I truly love trying new foods.  I really think it is a great way to teach your children to have an open mind when it comes to eating.  We received some wonderful crackers from La Pazanella that are called Croccantini.  My children and I first decided that we wanted to figure out how we could eat these.  Croccantini is a tasty cracker that can be eaten by itself.  They are crunchy and are a great base for so many delicious toppings.  I like that they can stand up to being loaded up with whatever you decide to put on them too.  The Croccantini are delicately flavored too and do not overpower your toppings.  They nicely compliment what you put on them.  They are perfect for snacks, appetizers and so much more.  They are great to put out when you have company too.  They are pretty and look great on a plate with cheese or dip.

La Panzanella is based in the Seattle area.  Their Croccantini are available throughout the US, but also in Canada and England.  These are made with the same recipe that they have used since 1997.  Croccantini are available in a regular size, but also a mini.  They are available in a variety of tasty flavors.  They offer these in original, whole wheat, black pepper, rosemary and more.  What flavor would you want to try?

I received some of the original and rosemary Mini Croccantini to try.  We fell in love with both varieties.  The original is a simple, but flavorful cracker.  My daughter likes to top them with cream cheese for a tasty snack.  The rosemary flavor is excellent too.  These are great if you love rosemary.  It has a really nice flavor that compliments the cracker.  The flavor is not too strong either, so they are still perfect to accompany things like cheese and dips.  How would you eat these.
