Red Rock Winery Review

Disclosure - free sample provided.

Red Rock Winery is a new winery to me that I was excited to try out.  Their wines are created by only using grapes that help them create the very best flavors.  Their wines use only California grapes.  They do this to help create a smooth and balanced wine.  I also want to mention that the bottles and labels are really pretty that they use.  They are eye catching and also very elegant.  The packaging is not just elegant, but the wines are too!

2011 California Winemaker's Blend
This wine is created using a a blend of excellent grapes.  The result is a smooth and flavorful red wine.  It is easy to drink too.  The wine combines Petite Sirah, Syrah and Zinfandel grapes.  It is said to have flavors that are berry like.  This wine retails for about $13.99 a bottle.

2011 California Merlot
This is an excellent Merlot.  It is perfect with your favorite pasta and red sauce dish.  It combines Merlot and Petite Sirah grapes to create a smooth wine.  This wine is said to have dark fruit flavors.  It is a dry red wine.  The grapes used in this wine come from both the Central Coast and the North Coast.  This wine also retails for about $13.99 a bottle.

2012 Pinot Noir
This is now one of my favorite Pinot Noir wines.  It is flavorful, smooth and just perfect.  This is also a dry red wine.  It is a wine made with Pinot Noir grapes and Zinfandel grapes.  I think the Zinfandel gives it a really nice smoothness.  It is said that this is one of it's best years too!  This bottle can also be purchased for about $13.99

2012 Mendoza Malbec
Have you ever tried a Malbec wine?  I love these.  This is a spicy and flavorful dry red wine.  This is the perfect bottle to drink with grilled meats.  This wine's grapes come from Argentina.  The only grapes used in this wine are Malbec grapes.  It is said to have flavors of dark fruit.  This bottle also retails for about $13.99.
