JOLLY TIME Pop Corn Holiday Review

Disclosure - free sample provided.

The holiday season is the time of year where I just want to relax and spend time with my family.  What do you do with your family during the holidays?  We love to sit on the couch and watch holiday movies.  I think this is something we have done since our kids were tiny.  A movie is not a movie unless we have popcorn though.  JOLLY TIME Pop Corn makes it easy with the variety of products that they offer to have a quick and hot snack!

I received a fun box of goodies from JOLLY TIME.  I am a big fan of their Smart Balance Pop Corn.  This comes in a microwave bag that is easy and fast to pop up. It has tons of flavor, but it's made with healthier oils.  It has no trans fats or hydrogenated oil.  I feel good about giving it to family for a snack.  Have you tried the JOLLY TIME Smart Balance Pop Corn?  I also received a wonderful holiday movie to watch with my kids.  We enjoyed watching The Snowman and the Snowdog while we munched on pop corn.

This is just one great way to enjoy pop corn during the holiday season.  You can find so many great recipes that incorporate pop corn too by visiting the JOLLY TIME website.  Some of these recipes include Nutty Popcorn Fudge, Popcorn and Peanut Truffles, Easy Caramel Popcorn Balls, Rainbow Popcorn and many more.  We love to make treats to share with our friends and family during the holidays.  I often make gift packages up with tasty treats.  These recipes would be perfect for that.

I have also included one of the great recipes from JOLLY TIME below (note - the recipe is from the JOLLY TIME website and not my own).

INGREDIENTS
20 cups popped JOLLY TIME® Blast O’ Butter Microwave Pop Corn
1 cup mild molasses
1 cup agave syrup
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
HERE'S HOW
  • Place popcorn in large bowl. Mix remaining ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; cook and stir about 8 minutes.
  • Pour hot molasses mixture over popcorn; toss quickly, until popcorn is well coated.
  • Using wet or buttered hands, press coated popcorn into a ½-cup measuring cup, creating crisp cakes. Unmold onto wax paper-lined baking sheets; cool completely.
