John Boos Cutting Board Review and Giveaway 3/17 CLOSED

Disclosure - free sample provided.

I have a pretty small kitchen, so I am always looking for ways to use my space wisely.  I recently received a very large John Boos Cutting Board and this has really helped me use my kitchen space.  The cutting board covers most of the area on one side of my sink.  This is really nice because I can prepare, chop, or do whatever I need in that area.  It is so much more convenient than pulling out a small cutting board every single time I need to cut something.

John Boos is a company that has been around since 1887.  They are a provider of gourmet products and food service equipment.  They offer both quality wood and metal products.  They offer a selection of items that includes butcher blocks, cutting boards, work tables, and more.  Their products are truly impressive and you really can tell that they are made with quality in mind.

I was given an opportunity to choose a cutting board.  I chose the 2 1/4 inch thick reversible cherry wood cutting board.  I opted for a very large size of 24 x 18.  The board is a great working space.  It is nice and thick too.  The board itself is not just useful, but it is beautiful.  The wood it is made of is really stunning.  Each board needs to be oiled prior to use.  They also suggest oiling it every so often to protect the board.  It is very simple to oil the board too.  The oil used seals the board, but also makes it shiny.  I use my board to prepare and chop all the time.  The board is something I know I will get so much use out of.

You can learn more about all of the beautiful cutting boards that John Boos offers by visiting their website.  You can also purchase these amazing kitchen products directly from their website.  You can also connect with John Boos on Facebook and Twitter.

Giveaway - Enter to win a Cherry Wood Cutting Board 2 1/4 inch thick and 24x18.

Open to US residents 18 years of age and older.  The giveaway will end on 3/17/14 at 8:59 PM PST.  The winner will be chosen randomly.  The winner will be contacted by email and will have 48 hours to contact me back to claim their prize.  Mommie of 2 is not responsible for lost prizes or prizes that are not received.  Bloggers that have reviewed for this company are not eligible to win.  If you have won a giveaway on any blog from this company then you are not eligible to win.
