Mantova Flavored Olive Oil Review

I love to use olive oil in my cooking.  There are so many different ways to incorporate it into your dishes.  My eyes lit up when I received some of Mantova's flavored olive oils.  My head was spinning with all the fantastic ideas that came to mind to use these.  Mantova offers a huge selection of olive oils.  They offer extra virgin, virgin varieties, flavored varieties, and so much more.  Their website is truly an Italian food lovers dream!  

I received 4 of Mantova's flavored olive oils to try out.  I received the bruschettata, basil, garlic, and truffle delight.  Which one would you want to try?  My problem was which one to try first!  They all sounded so amazing and they are.  They are all made with extra virgin olive oil.  These can be used so many ways.  You can use them to dip good bread in, drizzle it on veggies, salads, pastas, meats, and so much more.  

I took some cooked penne and drizzled it with Mantova's Basil Olive Oil.  I also put a little of the basil oil in a pan.  I tossed in some bite sized tomatoes.  I then cooked them until they popped.  I topped my pasta with these and some cheese.  It was amazing.  The olive oil has such a wonderful basil flavor.  I know I will be using this and the other varieties all of the time.  My other favorite is the truffle delight oil.  This is perfect if you love truffles.  It has a nice nutty flavor.  It is good on virtually anything!
