The LEGO Movie on Blu-Ray Review

It is so hot here in Vegas during the Summer.  We like to relax and stay out of the heat sometimes.  What activities do you do indoors to keep your kids entertained?  We love to relax in the afternoon and watch a movie and enjoy some popcorn.  Have you seen The LEGO Movie?  We recently received a blu-ray copy of the movie and my 7 and 9 year old really enjoyed it.  This is a great movie if you and your children love animated movies.  It is also great if you have a child that loves LEGOS!

The Lego Movie Blu-Ray 3D is really impressive.  This would also make a really nice gift for someone that loves the movie.  The blu-ray 3D version includes a DVD, blu-ray disc version, and a blu-ray 3D version.  The 2D disc also has some great special features on it.  My 7 and 9 year old also really liked that there was a little mini LEGO figure that was included in this package.  It makes the movie even more fun.

About the movie. . . 

This movie is the first full feature LEGO movie.  It features Emmet.  He is the main character, and my children fell in love with him.  I honestly did too!  It really is neat to see these mini LEGO figures come to life on the screen.  I don't want to spoil this movie for you if you and your children haven't seen it, so I won't say too much!  However, the movie is about Emmet and saving the world.  It really is a cute story that my children and I could watch over again.
