Directions

Slice your dinner rolls in half and set them aside.

Take 1/2 of the package of cole slaw mix and put it in the bowl.  Mix 1 cup mayonnaise with the 1 TB. ketchup and 1 TB. balsamic vinegar in another bowl.  Season it with salt and pepper.  Add the mayonnaise mixture to the cole slaw mix and stir.  Set aside.

Warm the Del Real Shredded Chicken according to the package instructions.  Drain the liquid from the chicken.  Stir in 1 cup of your favorite barbecue sauce.  Set aside.

Add butter or margarine to a large pan.  Grill the sliced dinner rolls in the butter/margarine face down until browned.
