Enjoy a Great Cab for Father's Day - Louis M. Martini Wines

Louis M. Martini 2012 Napa Valley Cab

They use the very best grapes to create this wine.  This is a very rich and dry red.  It is loaded with flavor.  This is a very full bodied Cab.  It pairs well with a variety of foods that are perfect for Father's Day.  It would be excellent served with a nice grilled steak.  This wine is said to have notes of dark fruit, and dried herbs.  This wine is 86% Cabernet, but also has Petite Sirah and some other wines blended in.

Louis M. Martini 2012 Alexander Valley Cab

This is also an excellent Cab that is perfect to enjoy for Father's day.  This dry red is a beautiful color.  It has a hint of purple to it.  The wine is said to have berry flavor notes.  This variety has a little bit more bite than the Napa Valley variety.  This is a full flavored dry red too.  They suggest pairing it with wild game, and red meats.  What would you pair this great Cab with for Father's Day?
