Jerky's Gourmet Review

Disclosure - free sample provided.

I am a big jerky lover.  My kids lover jerky, and my husband does too.  I am not talking about the typical jerky that you find at your gas station though.  I love good quality jerky.  I am quite picky when it comes to beef jerky.  I was introduced to Jerky's Gourmet.  This is a San Diego based company that makes very impressive jerky.  It is made just the way good jerky should be made.

Jerky's Gourmet is unique because they use 100% grass fed beef.  They even offer gluten free varieties.  Their jerky is low sodium.  It contains no preservatives, no nitrates, no nitrites, no hormones, and no antibiotics.  You really can taste the difference when you try this jerky.  I was impressed with all of the flavors that I tried.  They were full of flavor, but not overly salty.

Jerky's Gourmet offers classic flavors.  These include black pepper, barbecue mesquite, ghost pepper, and orange teriyaki.  I tried the ghost pepper.  It was so good.  It had a really intense amount of spice, but also a great flavor.  I also liked the black pepper variety.  This was a bit spicy, and perfect if you are a fan of black pepper.  Jerky's Gourmet also offers Paleo friendly jerky, and soy free jerky.  I was intrigued by their alcohol infused jerky.  I sampled their craft beer jerky and it was very good.  It had a mild hint of beer.  It also had a little bit of heat to it.  All of the varieties were very tender, and delicious.  What variety would you ant to try?

You can learn more about Jerky's Gourmet by visiting their website.  You can also order their jerky directly from their website.
