I am a chile pepper addict. I love the flavor and heat of all types of chile peppers. Are you a fan of Hatch Chile Peppers? These are one of my favorite peppers. They are so yummy! Did you know that these New Mexico chile peppers are only available for a short time? Once they are gone you are out of luck. I suggest buying them while they are in season, and freezing them.
Melissa's offers the tastiest Hatch Chile Peppers. I received some of their mild Hatch Chile Peppers. I roasted these myself. I then used them in a tasty enchilada casserole. I brought this into work with me, and all of the ladies I worked with loved it.
Hatch Chile Peppers are a green chile from New Mexico. They are flavorful, and come in mild and hot. They can be roasted, seeded, and then used in so many recipes. However, my personal favorite way to use these is stuff them with cheese. I then roast them in foil. They are so tasty served this way.
Are you a fan of Melissa's Hatch Chile Peppers? You can learn more about these, and their roasting events here. Time is running out, though. There are some roasting events that run through mid September. Make sure you check out the Melissa's website for details.
