Gabby God's Little Angel - Sheila Walsh - Author - Marina Fedotova - Illustrator

Gabby God's Little Angel is an amazing children's book.  This book is an adorable way to teach children about angels.  This book does an excellent job explaining to children that God is watching over them.  I love how it does this on a level that is perfect for little ones to understand.  I think that this book clearly explains to children without making things overly complicated.  My daughter is 4 and clearly understood the ideas behind this book  The book is very heartwarming and put a smile on my face.  My daughter and I enjoyed the lovely story too.  The first thing that caught my eye was the beautiful illustrations on the front and inside the book.  The characters are so adorable!  My daughter knew that this book was her's as soon as I pulled it out of the package.  She was drawn to the adorable pictures.    I would highly suggest this for a great read for your child.  I enjoyed it myself too.

OXO Candela Review

I just received these really nice OXO Candela's in the mail compliments of bzzagent.  I have been so excited to try them.  I immediately pulled them out of the box and set them up.  They are extremely simple to use.  I was very happy when I saw that the only work it takes is to push a button on the bottom to turn it on and the occasional charge on the base.  It's very simple.  My favorite part about these is that they don't get hot!  I have a 4 and a 6 year old and we rarely light candles because I am too afraid of them trying to get ahold of them.  The outside of the Candela doesn't even feel warm.  These are a super alternative because they still give you the look of a candle, but without all the dangers.  The light that they give off isn't extremely bright, but I really like that.  I don't want a candle that is annoyingly bright.  They give any room a nice warm look or even an outdoor setting.  I will continue to use these and update everyone again soon.

I was recently introduced to Cerra.com through SheSpeaks.  I have taken some time to look around the website and it is very neat.  It is a way for you to help yourself pretty much find time for yourself and find ways to think about "you" and be happy.  When I first was introduced to this website I sat and thought about it for a minute and realized that I really do need to make more time just for myself.  Cerra.com is a way to help you do that.  I have had a chance to enter a few journal entries so far on the website and have enjoyed it.  I have really enjoyed being able to take a few minutes to think about my life and myself.  I think everyone needs to take time to do that.
