Diet-to-Go Review

I have the hardest time dieting.  I think my biggest issue is that I know I should not be eating the same thing my kids are eating all the time.  I think finding an easy way to prepare healthy meals for yourself can be a challenge.  I just don't always have the time to prepare something special just for myself.  How do you find time to prepare healthy and nutritious meals on busy days?

I want to introduce you to Diet-to-Go.  I have been looking to drop a few pounds.  However, I get lazy when it comes to preparing the food.  Diet-to-Go takes all the work out of that for you.  This is a program that delivers healthy meals to your door.  You simply warm them in the microwave, and you have a low calorie meal that is fast!  This is perfect for me.  I end up running around half the day, and then worry about what to eat for dinner for myself.  Diet-to-Go has solved the problem for me.  

Diet-to-Go send me 5 days of delicious meals.  I opted for their 1200 calorie a day option.  They also have a vegetarian, traditional, and low carb option.  I chose their traditional meals.  I also like that I was given the option to tell them some of my dislikes too.  I don't eat seafood or fish, so items containing that were substituted in my meals.  This is also great if you have a food allergy, and cannot eat a certain item.  

The meals that I received consisted of breakfasts, lunches, and dinners.  They were all really good.  I like that the meals are fresh and they taste great.  They don't taste processed.  I like that the meals were flavorful, but they were not too salty.  I also felt that the meals were very filling.  I think it can be hard to diet if you always feel hungry.  Diet-to-Go meals kept me full and satisfied.  

I had a few favorites in the selection of meals that I received.  The tomato mushroom omelet was my favorite breakfast.  This was loaded with veggies, and flavor.  It was really filling too.  I also really liked the Johnny veggie pizza.  I was in love with the idea of eating pizza on a diet.  This pizza was loaded with yummy veggies.  I also enjoyed the turkey salisbury steak.  The turkey with gravy was flavorful, and the mashed potatoes were delicious.

Great Books from Disney! Review

I am always raving about all of the great books that Disney has to offer.  Why is that?  They offer so many fun books for kids.  They offer books in a wide range of reading levels.  They also incorporate their characters into their books.  This makes reading fun for any Disney fan!  

World of Reading

I have always been a big fan of this style of book.  The World of Reading books are leveled readers.  This makes it easy to find something that is fun for your child to read, but also at the right level.  They are perfect for children who are just starting out reading.  Marvel's - This is Falcon is a level one World of Reading book.  This book is for beginning readers that are about pre-k level up to first grade.  The book is all about Falcon.  The book includes easy words that don't frustrate.  The book also incorporates colorful pictures.  It really makes reading fun.  Marvel's - This is Hulk is another level one World of Reading book.  This book tells children all about Hulk.  It is a great book for the Hulk fan!  This book is also written with simple words, and includes great pictures throughout.  These books both have a retail price of $3.99.  

Fairies 

Legend of the Neverbeast is a Read-Along Storybook.  This picture style book comes with a CD too.  These are always a big hit with my daughter.  She loves to read along as she hears the characters tell the story on the CD.  This really is a neat way to get your child really excited about reading.  This book also has colorful pictures throughout it.  The book is about a strange animal that Fawn finds in the forest.

5-Minute Stories

We really like Disney's 5-Minute Stories.  These books are a compilation of short stories.  They are a great length to read at bedtime.  Disney's 5-Minute Stories - Disney Junior features a ton of great stories that have fun characters from Disney Junior in them.  This is a really nice book for pre-school aged children.  The book is hard bound and loaded with pictures too.  The book has stories featuring Sofia the First, Doc McStuffins, Minnie, and more.

Car Seat Organizer Review #Jemsly

I swear that my car is a mess right after I clean it up.  It really frustrates me.  It is hard to keep your car clean and organized when you have kids.  How do you keep all the necessities that you keep in your car organized?  I have tried a few things, but until recently I didn't find anything that really worked.

I want to introduce you to a really great car organizer that I received.  I have 2 kids and they are always asking me to hand them this and that.  I tell them that it will have to wait because I am driving.  This car seat organizer has really cut down on the amount of passing things back and forth in the car.  My kids have everything they need right in front of them.  The organizer is easy to use.  You simply attach it on the headrest of the seat.  The organizer then hangs on the back of the seat.  The organizer is adjustable, so this makes it great for any vehicle.  This car seat organizer has a variety of different compartments.  This is nice for me for our electronics, tissues, chapsticks, hand sanitizer, or whatever else I may need to keep in the car.

Infosonics' verykoolR s5511 Phablet - Review

Is it time for a new smartphone?  I have been on the lookout for a new phone for awhile now.  My problem was that I didn't want to give up great features for a low price.  I also didn't want to pay a fortune either.  So, what do you do in that case?  I want to introduce you to InfoSonics.  They offer a great selection of smartphones at smart prices.  Their android phones are high quality, and easy to use.

I received Verykool Phablet.  This is a unique device.  It is a smartphone, but it has all the great features of a tablet.  It is the best of both worlds.  I was previously using a Windows smartphone, and I love the phablet.  The phone has a 5.5 inch display.  The display is large, but not overly big.  I like that I can still put the phablet in my pocket.  The images are clear and my kids were really impressed how sharp everything looked when they were watching a video.  The phablet is slim and not bulky.  It is much lighter than my older smartphone that was smaller.

Verykool's phablet also has a huge number of other great features.  It runs on android 4.4 Kitkat.  I was honestly interested how I would like that operating system after previously using a Windows phone.  I love the operating system.  It is so easy to use.  It took me just a few hours to be comfortable with all the features.  I simply transferred my sim card from my old phone to the new phone.  The process of setting it up was so easy, and I really like that the phone walks you right through set up.  This is a dual sim card.  My previous phone took a micro sim, and I was able to slide it right in.  

I am also impressed with how long the battery lasts on this phone.  I am not even having to charge the phone once a day.  I know that varies depending on how much you use your phone too.  Verykool really went above and beyond with the extras that come with the phone.  The back plate on the phone I received is a fun fuchsia color.  The phone also comes with an extra back plate in black.  The phone includes a screen protector, earbuds, and more!

So, what is the cost of a phone with all these great features?  It retails for about $160.  I really think that is a great price for a phone like this!

Children's National Dental Health Month with Xlear - Review

February is Children's National Dental Health Month.  I have always stressed the importance of good dental hygiene to my children.  I think it is very important to take care of your teeth.  Your teeth really say a whole lot about you.  I make sure my children brush thoroughly in the morning and before bed.
