Columbus Salame Review

Columbus Foods started in San Francisco.  They use real Italian recipes to create their products.  Many of you have probably seen their products at the grocery store or even tried them.  They offer deli meats and salame.

I have been a fan of Columbus Foods for a long time.  We love Italian Salame in our house.  Columbus Italian Salame is so good!  I love it in a sandwich, but it's also great for snacking.  Tonight we had spaghetti and I made a salad.  I put a little bit on top of the salad and it was really good that way too!  Their products are gluten free, contain no MSG and have no trans fats either.  They provide a very good high quality product.  I have had their Italian Dry Salame before and it's always excellent.  It has an excellent flavor and my entire family loves it.  This is a pork salame that is made with 100% pork.  Today we also sampled the Pepper Salame.  I have always wanted to try this variety.  This is really good.  It had some good spice to it.  I love pepper, so this was amazing. The outside of the salame is covered in cracked pepper.  I think this one is my new favorite.

Columbus offers a large variety of salame that includes - herb salame, genoa salame, habanero hot salame, cajun slame and many more.  They all sound really good!  What variety would you want to try?

If you want to learn more about the products offered by Columbus foods you can visit their website.  They also have a recipe section  You can find them on Facebook and Twitter.
