I previously reviewed some of the great products from Anderson Seafoods back in January this year. If you aren't familiar with Anderson Seafoods they offer amazing seafood that is shipped right to your door. I love the idea of this because where I live it can be difficult to find super fresh fish. They ship your products overnight with UPS and everything comes packaged really well.
Anderson Seafoods offers a nice variety of fresh and frozen seafood products. They offer pretty much anything you could want when it comes to seafood. Some of the products that they offer include - Crab, Caviar, Salmon, Lobster, Ono, Opah, Scallops, Shrimp and now they even offer sauces. The sauces they are now offering include - Cocktail Sauce, Dill Sauce, Horseradish Sauce and Tartar Sauce. The horseradish variety sounds like it would be really good! What variety would you want to try?
Anderson Seafoods also features many really great recipes on their website. I am always looking for great new recipes, so this is excellent. This is great if you are new to cooking fish and you need some ideas. Some of they recipes they have featured include - Maine Lobster Salad With Arugula and Grilled Sourdough, Pacific Snapper Ceviche, Seared Ahi Tuna, Northwest Clam Chowder and Seared Coho Salmon. These all look really good. I think the Main Lobster Salad With Arugula and Grilled Sourdough looks excellent. It looks like a really good light dish for the warmer weather that's coming. Which recipe would you want to try out?

I think one of our favorites from Anderson Seafoods is the salmon! We received some of this back in January and it was so fresh! You truly can tell that it's a quality product. My 5 year old daughter had never eaten cooked fish before and she loved it. She is always asking for it now!
