Cafe Zupas Opens in Summerlin, NV

I was so thrilled when I was invited to another Cafe Zupas opening here in NV.  They have a new location in Summerlin.  This is the second location in Nevada.  I was so pleased when I went to the opening in Henderson, NV that I couldn't wait to go to the blogger dinner in Summerlin.  I am no stranger of Cafe Zupas though.  I have returned to the Henderson location because I loved the food so much.  I actually went again with my kids and my dad and they loved it too.

Cafe Zupas is a great restaurant.  They offer fresh soups, sandwiches, salads and desserts.  I have just loved everything I have eaten when I've gone.  They offer food that is full of flavor and made with super fresh ingredients.  The first time I went to the Henderson, NV location I tried the Shanghai Chicken Salad and the Asian BBQ Pork Sandwich.  I loved them both.  I have actually gone back and ordered the Asian BBQ Pork Sandwich again because it is amazing.  

When I arrived to the Summerlin Cafe Zupas I wasn't sure what I wanted to order this time.  I wanted to try something new.  The staff is always super helpful with giving you suggestions too.  The menu has a great selection of choices.  It makes it easy to find something.  My kids love the children's menu too.  They always get the chicken strips.  They ordered this again and gobbled them up.  The children's menu is great because you can let your little one choose from a grilled cheese and a cup of soup or a fruit cup and chicken strips.  

So, what did I decide on eating this time?  I chose the Wisconsin Cauliflower Soup.  It was so good!  It was rich and creamy.  It has a great flavor.  This soup combines cauliflower and cheese.  I got mine topped with cheddar and bacon.  The soup is silky smooth and delicious.  I also ordered a sandwich.  This time I tried the Thai Peanut Sandwich.  This is a super flavor packed Thai chicken salad sandwich.  It is topped with sweet chili sauce, thai peanut sauce, greens, cucumber and pickled carrots.  This is a sandwich that I will be ordering again.

I could not pass up trying a new dessert too.  I chose the Creme Brulee Cheesecake.  It was rich and creamy and so good!  My kids both got a slice of chocolate cake and they were in heaven.   They offer a variety of creme brulees and brownies too.  You can even get chocolate fondue.

I took my sister with me to this fun dinner at Cafe Zupas in Summerlin.  She lives in Ohio and she was excited to be part of this.  She loved the food.  She said that she wished they had these there.  She ordered the Thai Mango Chicken Salad and said it was very good.
