Surprise Ride July Box Review

Disclosure - free sample provided.

Do your kids love getting packages in the mail?  Mine do.  They received a box delivered with their names on it and couldn't wait to see what was inside.  The box was from Surprise Ride.  Surprise Ride is a monthly subscription box geared towards kids!  It is fun and unique.  It truly kept my kids entertained for hours.

Surprise Ride Boxes have a different them each month.  The boxes are great for children 6 to 11.  My kids received the July box.  The theme for the box was pirates!  They were so excited when they opened it and saw all the pirate goodies!  The boxes retail for $29.99 a month.  I like that you do not have to commit to every month either.  You can buy one as a gift or you can buy one for your children for things like Spring and Summer break.  They are great for any time you want to treat a special child to something special.

So what was in the July Surprise Ride Box?  We opened the box and found pirate stickers, fool's gold, a foam pirate ship craft, a wooden treasure box to pain, pirate's booty (snack), a paper scroll to make a pirate map, a chapter book version of Treasure Island.  My kids really enjoyed painting the wooden treasure box.  They also loved making the foam pirate ship.  They used their imagination to create a treasure map.  They then took everything out in the back yard to play pirates.  I love that the book goes perfectly with the them too.  My 6 year old is just starting to read chapter books.  My 8 year old read most of this to her and she helped with the easier words.  They truly had a blast with this Surprise Ride Box.

Do you know a child that would enjoy a Surprise Ride Box?  You can visit their website to order and to learn more.  I just want to say that my 6 and 8 year old loved the box, but I truly enjoyed watching them use their imagination with this box too!

You can also connect with Surprise Ride on Facebook, Twitter, and Pinterest.
