Appleseed Lane Review

With Summer here I am constantly looking for new ways to keep my children entertained.  What kinds of activities do you do with your children over the Summer?  I love educational activities that are fun too!  I want to introduce you to a unique monthly subscription box.  This box is geared towards children 4-8.  The Appleseed Lane box is educational and is full of 4 projects that children will enjoy!  The box could contain science experiments, crafts, and more!  My children really enjoyed the box we received.  This is perfect for a gift for a child too.  

We received a June box from Appleseed Lane.  This box had a Sports Science theme.  My daughter wanted to get started on it the minute that it arrived.  She was really excited.  The box contained great activities that incorporated sports and science.  It was really neat.  These activities are something that I never would have thought of on my own.  One of the items in the box was a little basketball hoop we put together.  Then my children enjoyed throwing a sponge ball in the hoop different ways.  The purpose of this was to show them the difference in how throwing the ball had on how the ball landed.  My children's favorite activity was the bonus activity.  This activity consisted of using the box from the subscription to turn it into a ramp.  They then attempted to roll a ball into the box in different ways.  They kept trying to figure out the most effective way to roll the ball in order for it to land inside the box.  These are just some of the super fun activities that were in our Appleseed Lane box.
