What's in my wine glass?
I have been a fan of Mirassou's wines for some time now. They offer great wines that are affordable. I absolutely love their Sunset Red. This is a smooth red that is dry. It is easy to drink, and easy to pair. I also really love their Pinot Noir. This is honestly one of my favorite Pinot's. Have you tried any of Mirassou's wines? What is your favorite? I was recently given the opportunity to try a variety of wines from Mirassou. They were all impressive.
Mirassou 2012 Central Coast Chardonnay
This is an excellent Chardonnay. It is perfect if you like a white wine that is dry, but has a hint of fruit notes to it. This wine is very crisp and refreshing. It is made with 98% Chardonnay grapes that come from the best growing regions in the Central Coast area of California. The wine pairs well with poultry, cheese, and more. The wine retails for about $12 a bottle.
Mirassou 2013 California Moscato
Do you love a white wine that is on the sweet side? I want to introduce you to Mirassou's 2013 California Moscato. This is a great sweet white. It is an easy wine to drink, and I think it would be perfect to pair with desserts. It has a sweet and fresh flavor. The wine is made with Muscat grapes that come from California. This wine also retails for about $12 a bottle.
Mirassou 2013 California Pinot Grigio
This is a wonderful wine if you like very dry white wines. It is flavorful and crisp. I found it to be a little more dry than the Chardonnay. This wine is made completely with Pinot Grigio grapes from California. This wine retails for $12 a bottle too!
Mirassou 2013 Pinot Noir
I am in love with this variety from Mirassou. This is one of the best Pinot Noir's that I have had for the price. It retails for about $12 a bottle, but it is impressive. This wine is a dry red, and it is loaded with flavor. The wine is easy to drink. It doesn't have that harsh bite that many dry red wines can have. This is a wine that I often recommend to friends when they are looking for an excellent dry red. What would you pair this one with?
