**WIN** Jumpstart.com Review and Giveaway CLOSED

I was recently given the great opportunity to review Jumpstart.com along with my 4 and 6 year old.  My 6 year old is not a complete stranger to Jumpstart games as we purchased him a Jumpstart computer game last year and he loved it.  We are always looking for new and fun ways to encourage learning in our house.

I introduced my 4 year old to the online world of Jumpstart.com and she loved it.  She can get very frustrated at times and when she does she tends to lose interest.  She loved the Storyland part of the Jumpstart.com online world.  She played some games and was able to do so without much help from me.  She was so excited to be playing on her own.  I also noticed that the Storyland is great for 3 to 5 year old children because it doesn't move to quickly.  Sometimes when  child has to click a button too quickly at that age they can find it very frustrating.  I found that it gave her plenty of time to click on the answer.  I like that she doesn't have to rush to get the answer in 2 seconds.  When things are like that it is frustrating to a child this age.  I will say that her favorite section of Storyland was the art.  My daughter can sit and do art for hours, but she loved doing it on the computer.  She thought it was so neat that she could make a picture online and then add it to a billboard in the online world.

This is a picture of a game in Storyland that is perfect for my 4 year old.  She had an easy time playing the game with little of my help.

If your child wants to learn how hatch and train their own dragon that is something new you can do at Jumpstart.com!  My son absolutely loved this part and I will say it was a lot of fun for him!  You can do this in the Enchanted Sanctuary. This is the neatest thing and my 6 year old thought it was so much fun!  He also really seemed to like MarineLand!  He was in heaven when he came home from school today and got to play some great online learning games.  He loves video games, but I prefer that he plays something like this where he is learning while he has fun.

My son and daughter both loved creating their own Jumpeez.  What are Jumpeez?  They are the online player you create at Jumpstart.com.  It's really a lot of fun for the kids and they get to personalize the Jumpeez.  They can choose things like hair, clothes and more.  It really gets them involved.

Both my 4 and 6 year old enjoyed being able to play games that were educational and fun.  The best part is that Jumpstart.com has all different areas for all different ability levels.  I love technology and how it can make learning fun and interactive for children.  I also like the parent section of Jumpstart.com .  It makes it so you can easily monitor how your child is doing.

They have online learning games that are appropriate for preschoolers through elementary school!
