I opened my box today and received 2 polishes, a piece of delicious chocolate and a hair care product!  Just so you know the polishes retail for $14 individually on their website.  I love the colors of the polish.  I received Meryl and Oscar.  Meryl is a light gray color and Oscar is an awesome gold glitter.  I have never used gray polish, but when I put it on I really liked it.  I really like the glitter too.  Some glitter polishes can be hard to apply and get clumpy and this applied easily.  The hair product I received is a hair topcoat that retails for $16.  I really like the topcoat.  It makes my hair super shiny.  So for the price of $19.99 this box was a great deal considering the 3 products were valued at $44 combined!  That doesn't include the piece of chocolate.  I thought that the products were high quality and I like that you can try their products at a discount with the Julep Maven Box.

Julep provides high quality mani and pedi products.  They don't contain all the harsh chemicals that some polishes contain.  They are free of toxins and carcinogens.  This is definitely a plus.  

How does it work?  You will get an email from Julep Maven with your customized box.  If you don't like what's in that box you can ask for a different style.  You can also opt to send your box to a friend if you do this by the 24th of the month.  You can also skip the month if you choose to do so.  This can be done by clicking on "My Account" on the website.  Please understand that by ordering the box for $5 you are signing up to receive future boxes at the price of $19.99.  The $19.99 box will contain at least $40 worth of products.
