Real Kids Shades Review and Giveaway 3/23 CLOSED

I always try and get my 5 and 7 year old to wear sunglasses when we're outside.  I personally can't live without my sunglasses.  It's really hard to find sunglasses for children that are comfortable for them to wear, but also cute.  Real Kids Shades offers sunglasses for children that are great for protecting their little eyes, but also stylish.  I think if you find a pair your child thinks are fun and stylish then they are more likely to wear them.

Real Kids Shades offers a really nice selection of children's sunglasses for ages 0-12.  They offer many style options and lots of great colors to choose from.  My 5 and 7 year old received a few pairs to try out and they absolutely love them.  They had to put them on right away and try them out.  They also loved that the clear plastic case they come in can be clipped right onto their backpack for school.  This is really neat and I love that it makes it easy for your child to keep track of the case and the sunglasses.  My son is so excited to be able to wear his for PE and recess at school this week!

My daughter received the Flex shades to try and she loved them.  These were her favorite.  I think she liked these because the oversized style is similar to the style sunglasses that I wear.  She loved the hot pink color, but they also come in a variety of other colors.  These typically fit a 3-7 year old.  I am saying typically because all children grow at different rates.  These also come with a strap that can be added so if they fall off they won't lose them.  These are rubberized, so even when my daughter drops them a ton of times they won't break.

My daughter also received a pair of the Flex Duo in the Pink and Purple Color.  She also loved these.  I like that they provide great wrap around protection to her eyes.  These are also rubberized, so they aren't easy to break.  These also come with the great wrap around strap, so if they fall off they don't get lost as easily.  These typically fit a child age 3 -7.  These also come in many great colors.  These would be great for a boy or a girl.  They're very cute too.

My 7 year old son received a pair of the Blade shades.  These are very stylish and he loves how they look.  They are pretty neat looking with the frameless bottom.  I like that they provide his eyes with plenty of protection.  They have a great wrap around design.  The lenses on these are impact resistant.  This is a great feature if you have a child that can be rough on things.  These frames will typically fit a 7-12 year old child.

My son also received a pair of Extreme Convertible shades.  Overall we both thought these were really neat.  With this pair you can change the frame around a bit.  You have an option of adding a strap that goes around his head or you can put the ear pieces in and wear them like regular sunglasses.  I haven't seen this before.  It's a great idea!  It's like getting 2 pairs of sunglasses in 1.  These are great to use for outdoor sports.  These also come in a variety of fun colors.

Real Kids Shades can help you protect your children's eyes.  They block 100% of UVA and UVB light.  They provide a high quality product.  My kid's love their new Real Kids Shades.  They are comfortable for them to wear, but they like that they look great too!

Real Kids Shades has partnered with Prevent Blindness America.  They are providing parents with the information they need to keep their children's eyes healthy!  They are donating 20% of proceeds to starpupils.  This is a great cause.
