Supergoop SPF Review

I personally take protecting my skin from the sun very seriously.  I live where the sun shines super bright most of the year.  I have very fair skin and my family has a history of Melanoma.  I found out about Supergoop and was excited to give it a try.

Supergoop was started in 2007.  It was created by a sun care expert.  Supergoop has created sun care products that are unique.  I have very sensitive skin and am always on the lookout for great sun care products like Supergoop.  Supergoop is different because they keep out the petrochemicals, phthalates, parabans and fragrance out of their products.  I love the idea of this because it's much better for your skin.  They are also an Indie Beauty Winner!

I received a few products from the Supergoop line to try out!

I first tried out the Supergoop SPF 30 Sunstick.  This Sunstick is great!  It is the perfect size to keep in your purse for when you are on the go.  It's really easy to apply and you don't have to worry about your hands getting all messy.  I like that it provides excellent protection from the sun, but it doesn't feel greasy either.  It was very gentle on my skin and didn't irritate it.  The Supergoop Sunstick is also great it you have kids.  This would be excellent for your child to keep in their backpack for school or their bag for camp.  It's easy enough for them to apply too.  It's also a quick way to apply sunblock.  It's a great product to use daily on your face.  It is safe to use on children 4 months and older.  You can purchase this directly from the Supergoop website for $14.50.

I was also thrilled to try out the Supergoop SPF AcaiFusion and MintFusion Lip Balms.  I was so excited when I tested out the Supergoop Lip Balms and they are very gentle, but best of all they are an overall great product.  These are great to keep in your purse and have to apply throughout the day.  I love the MintFusion Lip Balm and my daughter has taken the AcaiFusion one.  They are super easy to apply.  They aren't greasy and goopy feeling either.  They feel nice and light on, but do an excellent job moisturizing your lips.  These retail for $8.50 each on the Supergoop website.

Supergoop makes a number of other sun care products as well.

You can also connect with Supergoop on Facebook and Twitter.
