Omega 3 Water Review

I actually just found out about Omega 3 Water recently and was really interested in trying it.  Omega 3 is said to be good for your heart.  It actually has a number of health benefits.  That was why I was so interested.  Omega 3 has said to aid in cancer prevention, help with stress, memory, diabetes, high blood pressure and more.  Omega 3 Water has a large list of health benefits on their website if you are interested in learning about them all.

Omega 3 Water was actually developed by Dr. Beja.  Omega 3 Water is offered in 2 great flavors.  We sampled them both and enjoyed them.  Omega 3 Water is available in an Orange Kiwi flavor and a Bold Berry variety.  My favorite was the Orange Kiwi.  Both varieties contain 20,000 mcg of Omega 3.  They get the Omega 3 from flaxseed.  I find this pretty interesting too.  This makes the Omega 3 Water completely vegetarian and it's also kosher.  The Bold Berry flavor also contains calcium.  They both are enriched with a number of other vitamins as well.  I personally love keeping these in the fridge to grab in the morning when I'm on the go.  I can't always eat breakfast right away in the morning when I get up, so I like the Omega 3 Water because I know it's at least something in my body that's good for me until I feel like eating.  This is also a product that is safe to give to the entire family too.  Omega 3 Water is also suitable for children.  Mine love it!
