I received 2 varieties of Barefoot Bubbly. I first sampled the Brut Cuvee Barefoot Bubbly. This one is the driest variety of bubbly that they offer. This one is actually my favorite. It is great to pair with food too! It is a fruity bubbly that is also great served with fruit. Some great food suggestions that would go with this are cheeses, nuts and more! If you want to try the Brut Cuvee Champagne by Barefoot it retails for about $9.99 a bottle. It's very reasonable. I actually saw it at my local grocery store the other day. What would you pair this one with?
I also received a bottle of Barefoot Bubbly Extra Dry. This one was very good too. This variety is fruity and crisp. It has a nice bubbly texture. The Extra Dry Bubbly is just a touch sweet. It's is a sparkling Chardonnay. It is smooth and delicious. It's perfect paired with foods too. They suggest trying it with everything from white cheeses, stuffed mushrooms, dessert, pizza and more. It's great for entertaining too! This variety is also very reasonably priced at about $9.99.
I eventually plan on trying to make cupcakes with Barefoot Bubbly in them for New Year's Eve. I have always wanted to do this and I think this would be amazing too. What do you think the idea of Barefoot Bubbly cupcakes?
