ChocolatRouge Wine Review

When I found out about ChocolatRouge Wine I honestly thought to myself wow that sounds really neat.  I figured that it would be a neat combination.  I am a huge chocolate lover and I love wine, so I figured that this would be something I would enjoy.  I was definitely right about that.  ChocolatRouge has blended the wonderful flavor of chocolate with red wine.  They have created a unique product that is fun and flavorful.  I can say it's like no other wine I have had.

ChocolatRouge comes in three different varieties.  They offer a Sweet Red, Milk Chocolate and Dark Red.     I was lucky enough to sample the Sweet Red and the Milk Chocolate varieties.  I loved them.  They are both excellent wines to serve as a dessert wine.  The Milk Chocolate variety is creamy and decadent.  The best way for me to explain it is that it's an adult version of chocolate milk.  The Milk Chocolate wine has even received 98 points at the California State Fair!  The Sweet Red is also a great wine!  This one has a richer flavor.  This would be great paired with fruit and cheese too.  I honestly can't pick a favorite out of these two because they were both excellent.  I love the milky smooth chocolate flavor of the Milk Chocolate variety and I love the smooth richness of the Sweet Red.  What variety would you want to try?  

What would you want to pair either of these with?  I think I would love to try the Milk Chocolate in some coffee on a cold night.  I think it would be excellent.  ChocolatRouge even has some really neat recipes that you can check out on their website.  The recipe for the Chocolate Rouge Julep is something that I am definitely going to have to try.  The combination of chocolate and mint is one of my favorites.

ChocolatRouge would make a great gift for the wine lover too for the holidays.  This is something very unique that would also be great to serve at holiday parties.  Your guests will be really impressed with how great these wines are.  They are something different that would add some fun to your party.
