Redmond Real Salt Review

When I came across Redmond Real Salt I was really interested in it.  I looked into what Redmond Real Salt exactly was and I thought it was something I would love to try.  Real Salt is just that.  It's real.  It still contains all of it's natural minerals.  It is also completely natural too.  It doesn't have a bunch of additives either.  

I received some great samples of Real Salt.  I first want to say that the salt is really neat looking.  It's really neat to keep on your table.  Real Salt has a really pretty pink color.  It has a mild flavor.  I love that it's not an intensely strong flavored salt.  It just tastes really good.  I received some fine salt and also kosher salt.  The fine salt is great for just about anything.  I love to keep it on my table instead of a salt shaker.  I like the kosher salt too.  This is a coarser grind and I like to use it when I'm making a rub for meats that will go on the grill.  

Real Salt comes from central Utah.  Real Salt comes from about 300 feet under the earth.  They use mining to harvest it.  The process is really neat and is fascinating.  The salt is mined from ancient seas.  Real Salt is from Redmond, Utah.  I love that this is a US made product.  It is a great tasting product that I really trust using!  

Redmond also makes some other wonderful products.  They also make Re-Lyte Sports caps.  These are a really great product too!  They are an Electrolyte Replacer.  They are great for athletes because they help you stay hydrated while working out.  They contain 100% Real Salt.  They also contain more than 60 trace minerals.  Some of these minerals include Sodium, Iron, Copper Phosphorus, Calcium and more!  

Redmond hasn't stopped there either.  They make clay products as well!  When the salt is harvested is is found under a layer of clay.  The clay has a number of benefits.  They actually call it healing clay.  This is also a product that comes from Utah and is USA made!  The clay that they use is called Bentonite Clay.  To explain the benefits what it does is draw out toxins.  I received a wonderful Facial Mud Mask.  I love this product.  It really leaves my face feeling clean!  It is said to remove toxins and draw out impurities.  You really can feel it working when you use it too.  I also received a bottle of Daily Detox capsules.  These capsules help rid your body of toxins in your stomach.  I also received some Clay First Aid ointment.  This product is great to keep in the house and use on anything from cuts to rashes.  

Redmond also makes a wonderful toothpaste called Earth Paste.  This product uses both the Real Salt and Redmond Clay to naturally clean your teeth.  I received a sample in the peppermint flavor and love it.  It cleans my teeth and leaves my mouth feeling super fresh.  I love that it does it naturally too!
