Rudi's Organic Bakery began in 1976. They began in Boulder, Colorado. Their bread was very popular in the community in Boulder and from their they grew! Their goal was to make bread that was both health and delicious. They have definitely done that! Rudi's is made with quality ingredients. They make their bread without artificial ingredients, corn syrup or preservatives. You really can tell the difference.
I recently sampled a few varieties of Rudi's Organic Bread with my family. I have had their Flatz and their bagels previously and loved them. This time I had to get a package of their Honey Sweet Wheat Bagels because my 5 year old loves these with a little bit of butter. They are also great with cream cheese, peanut butter or jam. These bagels are really good. I love the combination of the wheat and the honey.
I also sampled the Country Morning White Bread from Rudi's. This variety was new to us. I loved it! This is a flavorful white bread. I love the texture of it. It's also very soft. It has a great flavor. This bread is perfect for sandwiches or toast. My son loves it with cinnamon sugar on it for breakfast.
I had to try Rudi's Colorodo Sweet Wheat Bread. I personally love a good wheat bread. This is definitely that! It has a great wheat flavor. It is a hearty bread. It's great for a piece of toast for breakfast. I love that this is a great bread for a sandwich too. My husband loves a good wheat bread and this variety is his favorite!
I was really excited to see that my grocery store had Rudi's Wheat Hamburger Buns. These are a really good buns for burgers or sandwiches. I am always looking for a hamburger bun that will hold up to a burger and all the toppings. I love to load my burger up with veggies. It isn't a burger if it doesn't have lettuce, tomato and pickles on it. Rudi's Wheat Hamburger Buns taste great. I love a wheat bun and it really adds some flavor to your burger. These are soft and fresh, but I love that they can hold up to a decent size burger and all it's toppings.
