Slide Effect - Full Body Workout System

I am very interested in workout equipment and gear.  I think anything that makes working out fun and easier is a plus.  The Slide Effect is a really neat way to work out.  It's not just a neat way to workout, but a great way to workout.  The best thing about the Slide Effect system is that you don't need a ton of products to get a full body workout.  This product can work virtually every part of your body.

The Slide Effect Workout System does everything including . . . toning, cardio, resistance, and stretching.  You can build muscle, slim your abs and so much more while using the Side Effect.  The system is easy to use too.  I love that there are tons of different things you can do with this.  You can use it to do Yoga, Pilates and so much more.  The bands on the Slide Effect system provide resistance and help you get a better workout.  The Slide Effect Workout System has instructional workout DVD's.  These are great if you need a little guidance.  It also comes with booklets that show you a large variety of exercises.  This is great if there is a specific part of your body that you want to target.

The Slide Effect was created by Brandon Larcom.  He is now a trainer, but previously was on the International Figure Skating Team.  He also trained as a member of team USA.  Pretty impressive.  The best part is that because he is an athlete he knows what he is doing.  He has come up with a way to keep your workouts short, but get great results.

I plan on using the Slide Effect Workout System a few times a week.  This is perfect for me because I can't always make it to the gym to workout.  I feel like I can get a great workout in my own home without a lot of fuss either.  I can't wait to see long term results after using this over time.
