I wanted to try out a unique recipe of my own using Naturripe Strawberries. I put a twist on a traditional favorite. I made Balsamic Glazed Strawberry Shortcake. This is a simple and easy variation of your typical strawberry shortcake.
Balsamic Glaze Strawberry Shortcake Recipe - makes 8 servings
Ingredients
16 oz. of Naturipe Strawberries
1 can of whipped cream
8 strawberry shortcake cups
balsamic vinegar
Directions
Slice the strawberries and drizzle with balsamic vinegar lightly. Toss and set aside. Top the shortcake cups with the balsamic glazed strawberries and whipped cream.
