WaxVac Review

Disclosure - free sample provided.

How do you clean the inside of your ears?  Do you use cotton swabs?  I know this is a popular method, but is it really the best?  I know I've heard that you aren't supposed to use cotton swabs in your ears.  I want to introduce you to WaxVac.  Maybe you have seen WaxVac on TV.  I've even seen it at my local Walgreens and wondered how it worked.

The WaxVac is a small handheld vacuum.  It is meant to use to clean ears.  The WaxVac is a safe and easy way to clean your ears.  How does it work?  It is a very gentle vacuum that removes the dirt and wax.  The WaxVac has a safety guard on it too that makes it so there is no way to insert it too far into the ear.  To clean the ear you simply insert the WaxVac into the ear and gently move it around to remove debris.

I received a WaxVac to try out and was really eager to see how it worked.  I always make my kids clean their ears after bath time.  I have one child that tends to produce extra was for some reason, so I wanted to try this on her.  The WaxVac did a good job removed the dirt from her ear.  I have tried the WaxVac on dry ears and I found that it worked best after taking a bath or shower.  I think the warm water helps loosen the dirt and wax and that makes it easier to suck up with the WaxVac.  I like it better than using a cotton swab because I always feel like I am pushing more dirt and wax in with the swab.
