Kay's Naturals Review

I am always looking for healthy food options.  Sometimes it can be hard to make good food choices when our lives tend to be busy.  Kay's Naturals makes it easier though.  They offer a selection of healthy food products.  They are natural and made with ingredients you can feel good about eating and feeding to your family.  Kay's Naturals offers a great selection of items, but I love that they offer a bunch of items that are great for snacking.  Snacks are where I tend to eat the wrong thing!

Kay's Naturals offers gluten free products.  They are rich in protein and have a great balance of carbs, fats, and fiber.  You can visit their website to lean more about the specifics about the products.  Kay's Naturals offers healthy products, but they taste great too.  Honestly, I love healthy food, but it has to taste good too!  They offer so many products that are loaded with flavor, but not the extra junk that your body doesn't need.

I received a variety of products to try from Kay's Naturals.  I fell in love with all of their snack type foods.  They offer Protein Chips, Pretzels, Kruncheeze, Puffs, and Snack Mix.  I personally fell in love with these.  They are all full of flavor.  I really like the Mac & Cheese Puffs.  These are a crunchy and healthy version of a puffed cheese ball.  They are really flavorful too!  They are great for snacks and lunches.  I also love the Protein Pretzel Sticks.  This is a great alternative to regular pretzels.  They taste great and I find that they are very filling.  They offer these in flavors too.  My favorite is the Jalepeno Honey Mustard variety.  Kay's Naturals Protein Chips are a really great snacking alternative.  They come in a variety of flavors.  I tried the Chili Nacho Cheese and the White Cheddar.  Both of them were very flavorful!

Kay's also offers a product that is great if you love breaded or fried food, but want a healthier version.  Kay's Naturals also offers a pretzel breading.  This is great for breading chicken, pork, fish or even veggies.  The breading is flavorful.  Our favorite flavor was the Chili Nacho Flavor.  Yum!  It gives your food a great texture and I love that it's made with their protein pretzels.  I can feel a little less guilty about eating fried and breaded food when I used Kay's Naturals Pretzel Breading.  What would you use it for?
