Dr. Praeger's Make Eating Healthy Easy This Fall - Review

I first want to start out by saying that I am not a vegetarian, but I absolutely love veggies.  I really love when they are incorporated in yummy meals too!  Vegetables are a huge part of our diets though.  Dr. Praeger's makes eating healthy very easy.  I know many of us are getting ready to go back to school soon and I think that eating healthy can be a challenge when we are so busy.  Dr. Praeger's is a line of frozen foods that you can find in your grocery store.  These are a different kind of frozen food though.  They aren't loaded with all the junk.  They use pure and healthy ingredients too.  They offer really tasty items like vegetable pancakes, veggie burger and more.  I really like that they even have a line of their products that are just for kids.  They make Veggie Littles and these are perfect for small little hands.

I was so excited to see that Dr. Praeger's is offering some Asian inspired products now.  I am a huge fan of Asian seasonings and was thrilled to receive some of these.  They are now making an Asian and a Thai Veggie Burger.  I just have to say yum when it comes to these.  These are very low in calories and packed with flavor.  They are perfectly seasoned.  I personally don't eat these with a bun.  My prep method of choice on these is to just cook them in a pan on the stovetop.  These are perfect with a little side of rice or a salad.  I love the Dr. Praeger's Asian and Thai Veggie Burgers with some Sirachi hot sauce.  These are a quick and healthy snack or a light meal.

I also received some of Dr. Praeger's Veggie Littles.  These are a small veggie snack just for kids.  Ok, I did try them though too and they are very good.  These come shaped like Sponge Bob characters for added fun.  The Veggie Littles are loaded with yummy veggies.  They are also seasoned nicely.  They have a great flavor.  My 6 year old really enjoyed these.  They are great as a quick snack or as part of a healthy meal.

I have tried a number of Dr. Praeger's Veggie Pancakes.  I recently received some of their Sweet Potato Pancakes.  These are very low in calories too.  They are full of flavor and real pieces of sweet potato.  These are perfect for a snack, lunch or a healthy side dish.  These are also available in a potato, broccoli and spinach variety.  What flavor would you want to try?
