You have probably seen Rigoni di Asiago featured on here a number of times. I honestly love everything that I have tried from this company. They are an Italian company that offers organic products. They make a very delicious organic chocolate and hazelnut spread. They also offer wonderful organic honey. They make a nice selection of organic fruit spreads too. You can tell that everything is made with amazing quality ingredients.
Rigoni di Asiago's fruit spreads are called Fior di Frutta. This comes in a variety of wonderful flavors too. These are sweetened naturally with apple juice. I love that the flavor of the fruit always shines through and they aren't super sweet. This time I received a Seville Orange and a Lemon Fior di Frutta. I love them both. These are both more like marmalade to me. They are not very sweet, but are loaded with flavor. Both the Seville Orange and the Lemon contain peels that give the Fior di Frutta a wonderful and intense flavor. I love both of them on English Muffins. How would you eat Fior di Frutta? I have used it in so many ways. It is great on pancakes, peanut butter sandwiches, ice cream, and toast.
You can learn more about all of the products that Rigoni di Asiago offers by visiting their website. You can also order their products directly from the website. You can also find Rigoni di Asiago on Facebook and Twitter.

Aside: I wish they had a gift set of smaller sizes and maybe even say a "six-pack" where the customer could choose any six-fruit spreads and/or honeys. Or maybe four fruits and two honeys. I just pulled six out of a hat - probably a choice of sizes would be best. I know I would love to give a gift "basket/box" to my 91 year old Mom who loves jam and or honey with her English Muffins and morning Tea!
