Petit Jean Meats - Holiday Ham Review

Disclosure - free sample provided.

The holidays is a time when I always think about big family meals.  What do you serve when you have the family over for the holidays?  We usually do turkey or ham.  I want to introduce you to Petit Jean Meats.  They offer quality meats that taste amazing.  They offer some great holiday options that will impress your guests too.  They offer hams and turkeys too.  They take the work and worry out of preparing a delicious family meal for the holidays.

I have had Petit Jeans Spiral Ham and was truly impressed by it.  Their ham has a really good smoke flavor, but it's never too salty.  They also offer delicious sausages and bacon too.  They offers so many great items for the foodie on your list.  They even offer sampler boxes too!

I received a Peppered Ham from Petit Jean Meats.  Have you ever had peppered ham?  This is the most wonderful thing ever that I didn't even know existed.  It almost reminds me of pastrami, but I honestly like it better.  It is a hard wood smoked ham that has black pepper all over the outside of it.  It gives the ham a wonderful flavor, but it's not too strong.  They offer their peppered ham in a bone in and boneless variety.  We tried the bone in variety.  The ham was super lean, flavorful and tender.  The hams are hand prepared too.  They outside is a special unique blend of black pepper and brown sugar.  However, this is not a sweet ham.  The ham really impressed everyone in my family.  It is the perfect centerpiece for any holiday meal.  It is also perfect for sandwiches too!

You can learn more about all of the wonderful products that Petit Jean Meats offers.  You can also order directly from their website.  You can connect with them on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest too!
