Amano Artisan Chocolate Review and Giveaway 2/3 CLOSED

I absolutely love chocolate, but not all chocolate is the same.  I want to introduce you to Amano Chocolate.  They make artisan chocolate.  Their chocolate was actually created by a scientist in training.  He did a ton of research prior to coming up with this amazing chocolate.  The goal was to create an extremely high quality chocolate.  I think he did an excellent job of that.  The chocolate is made in smally batches and made with hand selected cocao beans.  

Amano Chocolate offers a variety of Artisan Chocolate.  They do this by using actual cocao solids and not cocoa powder.  Amano also uses high quality cacao beans in this process.  If you are wondering what the difference is well it is in the quality and taste of the chocolate.  They also mix the chocolate for a long period of time.  This does a number of things like lessen the acidity in the chocolate  I noticed a major difference from the minute I sampled Amano Artisan Chocolate.

I received 4 bars of Amano Chocolate to sample. I couldn't wait.  I first tried the Ocumare Milk Chocolate.  this is high quality milk chocolate.  I first noticed that this was not as sugary sweet as your typical milk chocolate.  It has a nice balance of flavors.  This is a a mild milk chocolate that is perfectly creamy.  I also received a bar of Dos Rios Dark Chocolate.  This has at least 70% cacao.  It is a rich dark chocolate that is full of flavor.  It has a hint of spice to it too.  I also really enjoyed the Cuyagua Dark Chocolate.  This chocolate is also made with 70% cacao.  It is said to have an almost fruity flavor.  Amano's Madagascar Dark Chocolate is also excellent.  This one was my absolute favorite.  What variety would you want to try?
