William Hill Estate Winery Review

Disclosure - free sample provided.

I was recently given the opportunity to review some of the wines from the William Hill Estate Winery.  I have had a few of their wines and thought that they were excellent.  They offer a variety of wines ranging from whites to reds.  Have you tried any of these?  I personally found the two that I sampled to be very impressive.  The wines I tried were from their coastal collection.

2012 William Hill Estate North Coast Chardonnay
This is a light and crisp white wine.  It is refreshing and easy to drink.  The wine is made with grapes from the North Coast.  The grapes are Chardonnay grapes.  I think this is a great wine to pair with chicken, fish, or even pork.  This bottle retails for about $17 a bottle.  It's fairly reasonable for a great Chardonnay.

2012 William Hill Estate North Coast Cabernet Sauvignon
This is my favorite Cab that I have tried ever!  It is smooth and very easy to drink, but still has a nice rich flavor.  This wine pairs well with fruit, cheese, red meats, or tomato sauce dishes.  What would you pair it with?  This wine is truly impressive for $17 a bottle.

These are just some of the wines that the William Hill Estate Winery offers.  You can visit their website to learn more!

  1. I love sweet red wine and am a Cabernet Sauvignon drinker as well: I would pair that with some stuffed shells! YUM!
